"This is a great program and Jess is fabulous to work with. My goal was to lose weight and get my gut healthy. When I started my journey we set a goal for me to lose 15 lbs. I am happy to say that in 12 weeks I have exceed that and I am continuing to lose. To date I have lost 21 lbs just by changing my diet. I am proud to say that I am now gluten free and dairy free, and I feel good inside and out. I have always had to keep Tums beside my bed and relied on them nightly. I have not touched them in 12 weeks!! Jess has customized my meal plan for me and my goals. We have weekly one on one calls to see what worked and hat didn't, I log everything in the portal, I take pictures of my meals and she tells me where I need to adjust things, too much of this or not enough of that. I recently tried a small piece of a hot dog bun and it tasted awful. I am eating more Whole Foods and hardly any processed foods. I am moving towards more plant based cooking etc. I have tried things I never thought I would try, and some of them are good, some not so much for my liking, but I have tried them. "I think working with Jessica is a great idea. She takes her profession seriously, is kind, and supportive all the way through, even when you think you keep 'messing up.' I think the part I appreciate the most is that Jessica makes the meal plan and I can alter it (somewhat) if I do not like the idea of a certain dish, because of the software she uses. I also like that once my weekly menu is set, the program produces a shopping list for me. That has been awesome! I also appreciate that Jessica takes a wholistic approach to the process; it's not just about what one eats."
